Mission
Chi-Time uses a variety of media to disseminate information to promote health and body maintenance through regular practice of basic, easy-to-follow exercises adapted from the ancient arts of taijiquan (tai chi chuan) and qigong (chi kung).

Chi-Time Seminars
Chi Time instructors: Bill Adams, Penny Klein, Judy Bonafede and Bill Klein introduce health, exercise, activity and school-based professionals to easy-to-follow exercise routines based on the ancient exercise arts of taijiquan and qigong.
Our 1-hour introductory Chi Time workshop is part of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Alive ‘n Lively Program.
