Biographies
Penelope J. Klein, PT, EdD
Dr. Klein has been practicing and teaching Physical Therapy for over 35 years, and practicing martial arts since 1987. Dr. Klein, a full professor at D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY, is actively engaged as a clinical researcher, a programming consultant/coordinator, and also teaches community-based and adapted taiji/qigong classes. Bill Adams, BA
Bill is an experienced martial artist and instructor. As part of the North American Tai Chi Demonstration Team, he performed taiji forms for international audiences including exhibitions in China. Locally, he teaches taiji both as an art form and as a health-promoting modality. Mr. Adams and his staff of taiji instructors serve over 400 club-member students, as well as designing and delivering community health promotion programs and innovative programming for individuals with movement impairments.

Bill Klein, EdM
Bill is an educational consultant for Chi-Time @ School programming. He has thirty years experience as a physical education teacher in New York State schools, teaching at both elementary and high school levels. Bill regularly teaches community-based tai chi classes at local senior centers. He has been a tai chi instructor with Bill Adams, Bill Adams Martial Art and Fitness Centers, Buffalo NY. He is an educational technical consultant for Chi Time @ School and assists with Chi Time seminars.
JudyAnn Bonafede
Judy is a senior Tai Chi instructor with Bill Adams Martial Arts & Fitness Centers. She is featured in several Chi Time productions and assists with seminars.
